Our client is a well-established, gradually growing international company that is currently looking for a Project Manager responsible for clinical studies and projects.
Your key responsibilities on this role:
- Leadership and management in cross functional teams
- Data management, monitoring duties, drug supply, regulations, safety manners
- Interactions with investigators and suppliers assuring smooth process of clinical studies
- Risk assessment, regulatory documents, submission of these documents to authorities
- Responsibility for reviews, monitoring, reporting, quality control
- Coordination of data analysis and interpretation of study/ies results
- Identification of potential issues and threats, prevention, resolution
- Supervising Clinical Operations Specialists teams, ensuring their effectivity and duties
- Coordinate the data analysis and interpretation for first interpretable results
Požadavky
- Fluency in English (B2+)
- 3 to 6 years of Global Clinical Operations experience
- Experience in Team Leading /Managerial in project; planning, execution/implementation, reporting and presenting clinical studies
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of Global Clinical processes
- Negotiation skills, diplomacy skills, verbal delivery skills, communication skills
- Problem-solving mind-set, devotion to resolve issues
