These will be your daily responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal risk experts and external suppliers to execute processes with utmost responsibility and diligence, aiming to minimize risks
- Manage activities related to third-party risk management
- Handle onboarding workflows for new supplier qualifications
- Support the coordination of risk reviews for suppliers, focusing on areas such as labor rights, health, safety, anti-bribery practices, animal welfare, information security, and data privacy
- Conduct routine compliance assessments and analyze supplier information
- Process questionnaires for confirmed cases and engage with suppliers to address any issues or queries
- Thoroughly review questionnaires and additional documents, paying special attention to potential red flags
- Maintain and update local supplier registers for different country divisions, while also identifying and ranking vendor risks
- Collaborate appropriately with legal and compliance departments
- Identify opportunities for automation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Požadavky
- Advanced level of spoken and written English (B2+/C1)
- Understanding of risk compliance, experience in risk management is an advantage
- Energetic, dynamic and pro-active approach
- Communication, compassion and social skills are a must
- It is a plus to have a Degree in Computer Sciences or similar (not needed)
- Network security and anti-virus knowledge is an advantage (not needed)
