                        Position: Senior CUSTOMER CLAIMS SPECIALIST – German Speaker

In this role, you will:
-	Manage customer claims, debit notes, and disputes according to established procedures
-	Investigate claims in a timely manner, gathering the necessary information to approve or decline them
-	Promote strong communication and collaboration across accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other teams
-	Digitally organize and store completed claims forms, documentation, and proof of deliveries
-	Issue credit notes without delay
                        
                        
                        
Požadavky
                        - Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Theoretical or practical experience in a finance-related field
- Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
- Knowledge of SAP is required
- Proficiency in English and German- verbal and written
