Liaising with third party suppliers
Accepting and processing air, ocean and road freight inquiries
Preparing quotations, negotiating with suppliers to achieve competitive rates while maintaining the highest level of service
Looking after day to day operations, including invoicing, filing and general administrative duties

                        Proficiency or advanced level of English
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong customer focus and administrative skills
Ability to adapt to change
Excellent computer skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Open-minding, communicative, flexible and representative
